First of all, the very notion that using two condoms at once will offer double protection is preposterous, if not painful, too. As far as the case of oral sex goes, if that took place using condoms too, I think the risk is relatively lower though not completely non-existent. Visit a doctor to recommend what tests you need to do to be completely sure.
